Hello Class 5s,
How has your running been going? Have you found you can run pretty fast if you are only counting to 150?
This week I would like you to run a bit further in preparation for the Greek Olympics Marathon, see how you go!
Monday - count 500 steps
Wednesday - count 600 steps
Friday - count 750 steps
Remember to run on the balls of you feet. This takes a lot less energy than running heavily on your heels.
Also, below is the second jumping rhythm for you to do with me in between all of your studies.
